Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we get before a first campaign

What is the smallest budget you will run?

The Starter package is $590 a month for planning and management, and media spend is separate. Below that, the management work is the same but the delivery is too small to learn anything from, so we would rather tell you to wait than sell you a campaign that cannot produce a conclusion.

How quickly can a campaign start?

Two business days to a placement plan, then it depends on your creative. If the artwork already exists in the sizes the plan needs, most campaigns go live within a week of ordering. If we have to build the banner set, add a few days.

Do you guarantee a result?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the process: a written plan, the delivery stated in it, tracking that works, and a report you can check. If a placement underdelivers we move the budget and tell you, but we cannot promise a number of sales, because that depends on your offer and your page as much as on the advertising.

Who owns the data from the campaign?

You do. Tracking is set up on your landing page and the reports are yours; we keep the working files we need to run the campaign. If you leave, we hand over the plan, the creative set and the delivery history rather than holding them back.

Can I see the placements before they run?

Yes. The plan names the sites and slots, and you approve it before anything is bought. If you want to exclude a site, say so at that point and it comes out of the plan; asking afterwards usually means paying for a period you did not want.

Do I have to provide the creative?

You provide the message and the landing page; we adapt it to every size and format in the plan. If you have no artwork at all, send the copy and existing product images and we will quote a banner set as part of setup.

Is the media budget included in the package price?

No. The package pays for planning and management; media spend is set by you and billed by the placement itself. The plan states both numbers separately, so you always see what went to media and what went to management.

Is there a minimum term?

No annual contract. Monthly packages can be cancelled before the next month starts. Setup is a one-off charge, because the plan, tracking and creative adaptation happen once.

What happens if a placement underdelivers?

The plan states the delivery expected for the budget. If a placement cannot deliver it, we move the budget to another placement in the same plan and say so in the next report. We do not quietly leave money unspent.
